A feature film thriller now in post production by TF FILM PRODUCTIONS, adapted from the published socially conscious novel by Emma Lorant, ‘Cradle of Secrets’,

Synopsis
Lisa, a young mother from America, is trying to fit in with her new life in the English countryside. Family oriented, with her second child on the way but a husband who struggles to put them before his job at a local fertiliser company, this idyllic English countryside harbours an alarming secret that is fast spiralling out of control.
Desperate to leave a legacy of curing world hunger, the ambitious head of the fertiliser company is using the farm next to Lisa’s property as a testing site for a fertiliser with ominous side effects that could change human reproduction forever.
Expecting one baby, Lisa and the mid-wife are surprised when she gives birth to twins. Lisa is excited, as she has always wanted twins, but two weeks later she enters the nursery to witness her first-born twin cloning itself. She manages to convince everyone that she gave birth to the third baby, at the advice of her new friend, but she knows she must figure out how to stop it from happening again or her babies will become lab rats.
Livestock births and vegetation are also multiplying out of control as the new formula of fertiliser fails again. Desperate to keep the side effects hidden, Frank, the ambitious neighbouring farmer with too much to lose, along with the ambitious philanthropist, goes to murderous lengths to silence anyone who can ruin their chances of developing the right formula.
When Lisa realises the fertiliser is to blame for the cloning, she knows she and her children are in danger. How will she keep them safe when she doesn’t know whom she can trust?
Thought provoking and pushing boundaries, this fast paced story has a great female lead and an experienced female director (Deanna Dewey – Dead Fred, Adventures of the Crystal Skull) on board. It has sequel potential.
